Quality Weekend

L. was blessed last weekend. Both extended families came out to be there for the big day. We really appreciate everyone who came out!! We had a fantastic weekend. I reserved the church on Saturday, and we lugged the Wii and various board games. Best part? Being able to participate in the basketball and indoor kickball games. It was brilliant to have so many L. holders!!

Love is a Battlefield

Remember that old Pat Benatar song...Love is a Battlefield? You may have thought it was about lovers and "all's fair in love and war." You were wrong. It's about a loving parent trying to get a child to sleep.

Home Again

We are back home. It's good to be back-it was a packed weekend. We went to Salt Lake for a quick trip, Friday through Sunday. The plan was originally to attend Hyrum's wedding, and it snowballed from there. Here are Mackay and L. at the airport. Who would've thought such a tiny person would need so much stuff just for one weekend? And we still had to make a diaper run!
